In consideration of the right to participate in this show, entrants and participants by execution of this registration do hereby specifically agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Ace Entertainment, Parks & Recreation, all participants, spectators, Sponsors & Vendors, all Host Clubs, its members, and any volunteers from any and all liability, claims, actions, demands, and or judgments resulting in the loss of life, damage or injuries, to persons or property which may be sustained while participating in or observing the Old Colorado City Car Show. I give Ace Entertainment the right to photograph and keep all photos taken. I further acknowledge that all photos will become the property of Ace Entertainment and may be used in their publications or promotions.
